Query analytics

Go to Analytics → Queries in the sidebar. This page shows every query made to your agents. Three metrics at the top summarize the current view: total queries, total cost, and average response time. Use the filters to narrow results:
  • Search — filter by query text.
  • Date range — last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or all time.
  • Agent — show only queries to a specific agent.
  • User — show only queries from a specific user.
The table lists each query with columns for date, query, agent, user, response time, cost, citations, and definitions. Click any column header to sort. Expand a row to see the full query text, the full answer, and a token and cost breakdown (input tokens, output tokens, and total).

Ingestion analytics

Go to Analytics → Ingestion in the sidebar. This page shows every document ingested across all datastores. Two metrics at the top summarize the current view: total documents and total cost. Use the filters to narrow results:
  • Search — filter by document name.
  • Date range — last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or all time.
  • Datastore — show only documents from a specific datastore.
  • Status — processed, processing, or failed.
The table lists each document with columns for date, document name, datastore, cost, and status. Click any column header to sort. Failed documents show an expandable error message with details about what went wrong. Click View Document on any row to open the PDF viewer.

Overview dashboard

The Overview page in the sidebar shows a monthly snapshot of your workspace:
  • Total cost — combined spend across queries and ingestion.
  • Total queries — number of queries made this month.
  • Total ingestion — number of documents ingested this month.
Each stat card includes a daily trend chart for the current month.
